Bump!!!!!!!!
Stop all paycheck payments to loony left Judge Kathleen Gearin.
Californicate II.
Budget cuts are “Unconstitutional”? Wow.

Goodness gracious. Simple lesson: money does NOT grow on trees...RATS have a hard time with simple truth.
The state of judges in this country is utterly contemptible.
He should ignore the judge.
The new frontier of socialism. Pawlenty should go to the USSC. But he is also the governor who named the couple of liberal judges that decided against Coleman.
Some liberals you can spot a mile away by their condescending look. This judge is one of them.
Well, keep in mind, Minnesota DID (with the help of ACORN) elect Al Franken to the senate.
Okay! This is where we see if Pawlenty is for real, or just a weakling like Jeb Bush. This is where we see if Pawlenty has the guts to tell the judge to go play in the street, that the judicial branch is a coEQUAL branch of government, and NOT at the top of the food chain.
Is Pawlenty another gutless wonder?
We will see very shortly.
It would be interesting to know the details of the case here. The judge is surely making her decision based on the Minnesota state constitution, and state constitutions can be tricky things. There may well be some arcane procedural clause that Pawlenty violated. Or, it could be that the judge is full of beans. Like I said, it would be interesting to know all the details.
nevermind, same county, wrong moonbat judge:

hold on now, all it was was a TRO while the case proceeds. Pawlenty can cut the court system budget later to make up for the shortfall.
Same thing happening here in California:

Just another example of a big government minion (a state judge) vs. the taxpayer, and again the taxpayer loses. Even in the rare instance when the taxpayer has an ally (Pawlenty) in office, big government virtually always has an ace up its sleeve. The game is rigged, and the deck is stacked against us.
Its amazing isn’t it? Judges write budgets now, not elected representatives.
Pawlenty needs to resharpen his pencil and take the $2.7 billion out of the state judicial system budget.
Its Obamaland now...
so I guess its true.
Once you give a man a fish you are enslaved by that man and have to fish for him the rest of your life.
That ought to teach you to try and help the poor and hungry.
LOL.
Perhaps Minnesota has too many judges, maybe some have to made unemployed.
