Some of the Stimulus money is being actively used to set up an infrastructure for a domestic force aimed at quelling civil unrest. This force will be associated with INTERPOL and will not be subject to the US Constitution. Recruitment will begin in major cities, in an effort to deal with a growing unemployment problem.

All of this will happen in the Spring of 2010 as civil unrest in the US grows as a result of the worsening economic climate.

Did you see the article about the horde of ammo Homeland Security has ordered? From what I hear, per employee licensed to carry arms, it exceeds the maximum an LEO would use in a year including target practice.
