Obama Describes Nigerian As ‘Isolated Extremist’ Tuesday, December 29, 2009 By Susan Jones, Senior Editor
(CNSNews.com) – President Barack Obama, in his first public comments on the attempted bombing of a U.S. airliner traveling from Amsterdam to Detroit, described the suspect as “an isolated extremist,” despite reports that the 23-year-old Nigerian had been trained in Yemen, a country he visited twice.
The Associated Press, quoting a Yemeni government official, said Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab lived in Yemen for two different periods of time -- a year from 2004-2005 and again from August-December this year.
And a statement posted online Monday by Al-Qaeda in Yemen (also known as al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula) said its “manufacturing sector” had provided Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab with the device he took onboard the aircraft. (The United States has not yet authenticated the Web posting, but Abdulmutallab's connection to Yemen is not in doubt.)
Obama, in recounting what happened on Christmas day, also used the word “allegedly” to describe the incident. The president says he’s asked his aides to “continue monitoring the situation.”

And where was the guy with the camera "calmly" filming on the plane? And what about the guy they led off in handcuffs after questioning him about the dog hitting on his luggage and why would the officials evacuate the waiting area telling the passengers it wasn't safe (the same couple was interviewed on FOX this morning said that)?

This is just another example of a “Stand Alone Complex” which is just as bad and he is just as guilty as if he went and trained with KSM before attempting his attack.
Isolated incident just takes the blame away from the larger religion/political machine that is militant iSlam which is what is inspiring such acts.

Sure, the WTC attack was an act of isolated extremism. After all they only hit the twin towers a few times.
1. The man is a Muslim. He never said “Muslim” once because he wants to hide that most obvious fact.
2. We are on our own when flying. He and his Security team see us as expendable, unwashed scum and infidels.
3. Stay off of airplanes until they start strip searching Muslims. They are now getting on planes with plastic explosives and our Muslim president will not dare offend them. He would much rather see us and our children get killed.
4. This president is a one term disaster, and we have yet to see the worst consequences born of his hatred for the US. We have three more years to get slaughtered.
How many “isolated extremists” have complex bomb making skills? He didn't build the bomb himself, nor pay for his plane ticket himself, nor announce responsibility for his act by himself.
He was an isolated extremist, who joined an organization of extremists, and now he is an “isolated” extremist in a jail cell.

If that’s the case, make this isolated extremist an example to other isolated extremists who think it’s a good idea to blow up planes.
