The Haskills are the passengers who saw the terrorist at the airport with a well-dressed Indian man. Will post link when it becomes available
(Excerpt) Read more at foxnews.com ...
They allowed the Haskells to tell their story in detail. It is essentially, the same as the story in:
http://www.mlive.com/news/detroit/index.ssf/2009/12/flight_253_passenger_says_at_l.html
with a little more detail about the other passenger who was put in handcuffs. The FBI denies anyone else was arrested, but the couple said a dog sniffed out something on the man, the FBI then handcuffed him, and announced the area was not secure anymore and were moving the passengers. Fox & Friends asked him to desribe the man and he said it was an Indian man.
Obviously, there is more to this story than our government is telling us. Take the blankets away, search the babies, but allow terrorists on the planes without passports.

Let the record reflect that one of our very own FReepers posted the initial article either late Christmas night or very early the next morning.
Because of that, I knew of it a full two days before the media decided to report on it.
As did many of you...
I saw this interview.I got more information from them than
all the gov’t morons!
And you can bet the couple will be thoroughly discredited within a few days. The feds are, right now, digging for any trash they can find on the couple. They probably already have more on them than the terrorists.
It sounded like it could be the same man that the couple had seen earlier with the terrorist. Mr. Haskell said he was closer to the black man than the Indian man and would not be able to identify the Indian man.
Although India is still mostly Hindu, it has over a 13% Moslem population.
My question from the beginning is how would they know he was Indian. Anyone can put on the native clothing of any country.
It would appear the 2nd guy also had explosives of some sort....because they removed the passengers away from the area.
Was he the 'back-up' if the first failed, but somehow was prevented from following through?
Don't know who first reported it here on Free Republic, but it was nice to read about it long before most of the media picked up on it. Kudos to whoever it was.
I'm not sure how long it would have taken the rest of the media to sniff out this story, if Freepers and other Internet posters hadn't emailed the story to the media. We handed the story to the media on a silver plate, but at least Fox ran with it and even contacted the couple for the interview.
They LOOKED Indian....
I have Indian neighbors across the street....our corner gas station has Indian owners...
..my dad did his military time in India...
What am I missing regarding your question???.
Let me know if it ever becomes public what was inside the bag of the second man put in handcuffs, what was it that attracted the dog to the Indian man's bag, and led to him being taken away in handcuffs?
Was he arrested? If so, then what is his name?
Much more likely that the man was Pakistani.
“My question from the beginning is how would they know he was Indian. Anyone can put on the native clothing of any country.”
My company hires about 80% Indians. I can usually tell if someone is Indian. They normally wear the same clothes we do.
The British press refers to Indians as Asians. I find that very silly.
“Hey Squirt, get that bomb out of your pants, heh, heh.”
My instinct is Pakastani as well. My sweetie is Indian and I’ve been sorta “trained” to tell the difference. But, for my money, it’s not a difference in appearance so much as a difference in attitude. There is a world of difference between the two nations; and yes, I am prejudiced. I admit that freely.
The Indian people are different. And their affection for GWB, for example, is well known and widespread throughout their nation. It’s been mentioned many times here, on FreeRepublic. The ironic part is that it’s the Indians in India who adore GWB; regrettably their expats (like my sweetie’s family) are Obots...and liberal. Their families back home cannot understand it.
I can't tell an Indian from a Pakistani.
yes, as the demarcation line was only drawn in 1948, you cannot generally tell an Indian from a Pakistani by looking at him. (and it can be an embarrasing mistake to make, as there is no love lost between them)
