For 8 years the left has trashed everyone who doesn’t agree with them, and it didn’t matter to them even if it was a toddler with downs syndrome as in the case with Trig Palin. In turn, we “played nice” during that period and what has it gotten us? It got us a RINO candidate who all but helped elect that Americaa hating marxist POS 0bama who is occupying the White House while destroying this country one industry at a time..... That’s what it got us.
I’ve been saying since clinton the pants dropper was in office (oh sorry that’s a “personal attack”) that we need to take the gloves off and and start playing hardball with the treasoncrats on their terms or we will lose.
For too long we’ve been silent while the left brow beats us into submission with whatever “touchy-feely” card they have at hand while using their media and teacher’s union lapdogs to brainwash the rest of the masses with outright lies about Republicans, Conservatism, and our country.
For example, the single biggest lie that we (meaning those of us on the right) have allowed the left to say about the right is that the right, and Republicans in general are racists, and that we’re against civil rights, etc, etc, etc. When the documented truth of the matter is that it is the democrats who are infact the racists in this country.
In the lead up to when we took over the House and Senate back in ‘94, the left came out with fresh smear campaigns saying that the Republicans were going to let children starve in school by denying them school lunches, and that they were going to push grandma down the stairs in her wheelchair because medicare/medicaid, and social security were going to be cut or outright eliminated. And that minorities will have to return to segregated lunch counters because civil rights laws were going to be repealed.
But for well over 40 years we’ve allowed the left and their minions to paint this horrible picture of us because we “had to play nice”, and you know what? People are starting to get tired of playing nice.
The democrats treat this as a war, and it’s about damn time that we start treating this like a war too. Right now we are in a fight for the very survival of our country, and the way of life that our forebears have fought and died for since March 5th 1770 when the first blood was shed on our soil in the stand against tyranny.
All we have left to set things right again are these next two elections. If we do not take off our gloves and roll up our sleeves and take a stand against the lies and policies of the left then America, the “Shining city upon a hill” that President Reagan talked about in his farewell speech will be gone forever.
I agree with many of your points, but where I fundamentally disagree is that because the left has been vile and despicable, that we should be the same.
We didn't know if it was anyone in Obama's family, if it was an employee, if was a child who was hurt. We didn't know if it was a severe injury, or something life threatening.
The vast number of nasty responses on this thread (the ones I considered out of line) had nothing to do with getting this country back from Marxists. NOTHING.

This war began in the media and the loony left after 2000. It really ratcheted up after 2002. I’ve never seen such an endeavor, and I was the kid with Newsweek on my desk in junior high.
The war began with a NON-STOP CAMPAIGN — hard news, soft entertainment news, didn’t matter — of smearing and decrying every single thing that Bush/Cheney did. And it increased with lies, deceit beyond critical analysis to a UNITED PSY-OPS CAMPAIGN to destroy them. Granted Bush/Cheney sure made mistakes but the onslaught of how bad everything was potrayed went overboard and it was on purpose against conservatives.
Now we have Zero and his marxist ilk who ARE ENEMIES OF THE STATE. There is not excuse, no rationale, it is what is.
This is not politics as usual, and this isn’t going to last til 2012 without a dam breaking. Because of the destructive path the parents are on, the children may already be cursed. God bless them, I’m not to judge. But history is a harsh teacher.
We’re dealing with people bent on power, killings done over Barry’s birth certificate, entrenching our troops in Afghanistan with a no-win parameter of rules of engagement (thou shall not fire on Talibanies unless fired upon, etc), giving rights to illegal non citizen enemy combatants in a court of law, transferring same to domestic prison, prosecuting 3 Navy SEALS capturing a terrorist, a PURPOSEFUL effort to destroy our economy, to lessen America’s sovereignty in the world and crap on it’s Constitution.
And these are just some of things WE DO KNOW.
Realistic to assume Clear Channel, media outlets are threatened with what not to report. Realistic to assume there are secret meetings with anti-American elements. Realistic to assume illegal funds/deals are being gained by Zero and compatriots. Realistic to assume elements of our Joint Chiefs are being blackmailed or threatened including elements in intelligence, Defense Dept.
So how about some right-wing rage? It’s always best to attack. We attack with facts in an aggressive manner in the media front overwhelm blogs and comment areas, in public, etc. “Well, you’re being kind of loud sir” — Libs aren’t going to like the tone regardless, independant thinkers will attempt some debate, most will start debating “a rude tone.” They lose on the facts and the (inevitable) name-calling which they will be called out on.
If you do it right, they just stare back at you silent with the mouth open.
Obama’s character needs to be destroyed and pummeled at every turn. His past and most probable current drug use, his natural born citizen ineligibility, his no-experience record, his corruptive connections, etc. Again all with facts, evidence, examples. And we’ve got PLENTY.
