Memphis Man Arrested: Accused of Making Bomb Threats & Threatening to Start "Holy War"
MEMPHIS, TN – Tonight, Mohamed Ibrahim is out after posting $100 bond. Earlier in the day, he was arrested after police say he walked into several Memphis businesses and threatened to blow them up.
Court records show Ibrahim was also telling people he was Muslim, and wanted to start a jihad, or holy war, in Memphis.
Police say when they arrested him, he had a butcher knife hidden in one of his jacket sleeves.

When you have a Free moment, google “Detroit in Ruins”, and spend a few HOURS looking at what the Unions, The left, and the Gub’mint handouts have done to a once great American industrial City.

The problem is fundementally curable I do believe, it starts with people like us fighting back and not allowing the liberal agenda or status qou to carry on. I voted with my feet and left TN behind, now they are missing out on my hard work and tax revenue. Screw them, I take my cash hard work elsewhere.
I take time every week to attack some liberal idea’s, it is a target rich enviroment so it really is easy. The truth works. Call the DA’s office in Shelby County and ask a few questions, better yet call your Representative’s and ask why this dirt bag is out on $100 bail and a guy in NY who threatened Andrew Coumo is in jail still for $500 million dollar bail? Get involved at your local school board, that is a no brainer, it is amazing what happens when you ask pointed questions with the local media there....all of a sudden the facts matter. Do not give up yet, this Country is still worth fighting for.

Hold on a minute......why did you leave TN? We’re planning a move to eastern TN very soon, in large part to get away from lefties and massive numbers of minorities and illegals. We’re in CA now, so all but about 5 states are worse than this one. TN is considered a “good” state, isn’t it?

Can’t answer for Article10 of course, but I will offer a comparison:
Madison County in west Tennessee (city: Jackson) has a population of about 96,000, with black population being 34% and white, non-Hispanic population of 61.3%. I have no idea what the illegal population may consist of. Madison County has a significant crime problem.
Washington County in east Tennessee (city: Johnson City) has a population of about 118,000, with black population being 4.1% and white, non-Hispanic population of 91.6%. Again, I do not know about the illegal mix. The crime rate is significantly lower than Madison County.
My guess is that this comparison is fairly representative of a west/east differential in composition and crime for the state.
I know all that, which is why we chose eastern TN. There are almost no blacks and very few illegals there, at least not in the rural areas, and a lot of it’s rural. The Memphis area has a large percentage of blacks and will thus be far more leftist in their politics and, yes, crime will be phenomenally higher. That’s a no-brainer.

Basically I asked you why you said that - why did you vote with your feet against TN and leave? You were talking about the liberal agenda and seemed to be saying that a liberal agenda is the reason you left TN. By comparison, overall, TN is not considered liberal so far as I know. So I’ll ask again, what are you talking about in reference to TN and a liberal agenda? I’d really like to know.

“Memphis Man Faces Terrorism Charge”

SNIPPET: “(MEMPHIS December 28, 2009) — Memphis Police have charged a man in connection with several reported threats to businesses. 35-year-old Mohamed Ibrahim is now locked up on a $50,000 bond.
According to court records, Ibrahim went to at least seven businesses where he threatened to blow them up if they didn’t close. Eddie Adieh manages one of those businesses, a gas station located in the 3600 block of Summer Avenue. “He was trying to threaten us,” says Adieh. “That was the stupidest, lowest thing anybody could do.”
Adieh says Ibrahim was irate that the store sells liquor and cigarettes. “He said he’s from Jihad,” says Adieh. He says he convinced Ibrahim to leave, and then called police.”
SNIPPET: “He was arrested again on Christmas Day, after witnesses reported a man threatening to blow up the BP Gas Station across the street from the Shelby County Jail on Poplar Avenue around 2:00 p.m. Friday.
After police arrested Ibrahim on the 25th, an FBI agent made the scene and collected three Islamic cassette tapes, a GPS system and several papers.”
Mind you, I volunteered every week to support the charter schools in Memphis for several years. I experienced first hand how broken the education system is in TN. There were some good kids and decent teachers trying hard, but the systems really put them all at a very real disadvantage. Basic reading and communications skills where missing in some of the teachers! Ebonics was very normal. Great stuff if you are a rapper, but applying to a real job outside Memphrica, it does not work. Money thrown at schools is not the answer. A complete overhaul is necessary with the tax payers and business's setting the agenda not unions and politicians. The really needs to be done not just in TN but in the US period. It really falls on all of us “conservatives” as tax payers, to fight the fight.
If you are coming from CA, it will be paradise for sure, even Jackson, TN. Knoxville is a great place to raise a family. From a business and tax position, TN did not work, along with social economic issues and how liberal Nashville is, again it was a personal decision, We chose to vote with our feet.
