Today, the Islamic regime in Iran faces what could be a perfect storm. A respected opposition leader is being mourned, it is the most holy day of the year for Shiites, and the pro-democracy Green Movement is more energized and radicalized than ever. If the United States had a real president and lover of democracy perhaps he would be making a statement which would be a subliminal message to the Iranian people that we are with you.
But, sad to say we have socialist in OUR white house who believes strong control over the masses is the best government and he’s trying to move us into that position.
Perhaps another scolding editorial from the Daley camp will get his attention ... or another suicide or a politically embarrassing screwup on the banks of the Chicago River.

Implied encouragement from the United States is not necessarily helpful in this circumstance.
At least publicly.
The difference is the Mullahs want to do this through Allah and ZerO thinks he is Allah.
