It took three hours for the president to get the initial information. Three hours is enough time to (add your own):
a. Play a round on golf
b. Sober up
c. Come down from a trip
d. Fly in from another location
A Nigerian former Bank President and Govt Minister who has a house in London and visits the US for medical treatment is probably a former corrupt Minister from Nigeria. The chance of the guy being clean is remote. He may be a moderate Muslim and pro-west, but he ain’t clean. Just my experience in doing business in Nigeria that leads me to that belief.
So let’s not heap praise on this guy, he probably didn’t want his son to jeopardize his visa’s to UK and US.
