Doughty, try out this idea. I go to a doctor. He treats my medical condition for free. There is no bill, and hey NO TAXES to tag along with a bill. This doctor also makes a personal loan to me in the amount of what this “treatment” might have cost had he not done it for free. Heck we’re friends. What’s a few loans between friends? Happens all the time. Now, I agree to pay back this loan at double it’s amount cuz I want my friend to always be my friend. The end result would be that I get treated for free and my medical records would include the medical stuff but there would be no money involved. The doctor might even be able to write off his free medical treatment to me on his taxes. Whatcha think?

Your ideas are good. I just think that there will be a new infrastructure developed to go with the health care plan.

It will in effect, make this a police stated health care plan. Doctors and hospitals, all medical providers will be watched closely to make sure they aren’t participating in medical fraud. And you can expect to see anyone trying the things you are stating, to be gone after savagely as examples.

The public will be told what monsters these people were, for trying to destroy this wonderful new health care system. I don’t think you’ll see to many entities trying to circumvent the regulations. They would lose their licensure, and probably spend years behind bars to boot.

I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but any government oppressive enough to devise this monstrosity, isn’t going to be shy about destroying anyone who doesn’t comply.

These entities will be monitored closely IMO.
