90 days in jail, but broken up, to be served over the 4 year period (weekend at half-way house)...jeez...easier than my military school days.
They should have lost custody of the kids.
The real penalty will be the lawyer fees.
Too bad he didn’t get thrown in the Graybar hotel for a year or two.
Maybe then he could have pitched a new reality show idea
“Richard Heene-Homecoming Queen of Cellblock D”
Well, I’m sure the book deal and made-for-TV-movie contract will cover those... plus, you know he’s going to be a ‘special guest” on any number of crappy contest shows. Yeah, this guy’s going to his his 15 minutes wired into our lives for years. Maybe even a porn movie.
Both parents need to go to parenting classes besides jail, IMO.

Nope, Judge also barred them both from ever collecting any proceeds (ie book deals, movie rights, etc) from this event.
