If the bill is that good, why is it never posted until the last minute, and voted on in the dead of night?

“If the bill is that good ~”... one might also add if it's that good why have the House and Senate excluded themselves and their staff, unions and federal workers. We are about to embark on a two tier system of an upper tier coverage by private insurance and the best doctors and a lower tier coverage provided by single payer nationalized plan with mediocre over worked and under motivated doctors with serious and life/death decisions made by a GS-5. Those of who voted for Obama and are not in one of the privileged categories, well, you are screwed. That's the only thing funny about this.

If its so good, then why has Congress been allowed to opt out of this monstrosity? They need to go first, and if it works for them, then maybe we’ll take the plunge. But, the bill is so bad, they want nothing to do with it themselves. They can spare me the “we’re doing something good for the American people.” Oh gosh, massars, can we have the crumbs that fall from your royal tables?
