Looking over the crowd on 9/12, and not seeing a single major news outlet there to cover the event, I realized that the media and government are afraid of us.....the middle class silent majority American who pays the bills. The images of senior citizens, priests, young people dressed in shirts and ties, being carted out of the halls of the House of Representatives before their vote on healthcare were most effective. Someone else mentioned the image of middle class conservatives being pelted by water cannons would also be effective. My feeling is surrounding the Capital where we can be up close with our representatives is the best way to go.

On 4/15/10 the goal, IMO, is not so much to sway our legislators, they have made it clear they do not represent us, but to intimidate them and....to hopefully light the spark of rebellion in the rest of the country.

I do not use the term rebellion figuratively.

We must overwhelm DC and shut the city down. Is anyone going with me?
