The date I’ve seen is April 15, tax day. But something sooner would be better. The 9/12 trip was a big expense for most. Maybe the local Tea Party chapters that have sprung up could organize bus transportation. We wouldn’t have to worry about hotel bills if we’re camped out on the lawn...LOL

Not a very encouraging collection of patriots on this particular thread tonight as another huge nail gets pounded into the coffin of our freedom and the Constitutional republic that should oversee it. :(

Then how does that square with statistics which suggest as many as 1/3 of Texans support secession, at least theoretically? If being “American” meant hunting down your neighbor SS-style for resisting the imposition of unconstitutional laws, do you really think your fellow Texans would put up with that? I hope not. Many of us are looking to you to help lead us out of this mess. Nullification first; secession only if absolutely necessary. I know it’s hard to imagine it happening right now, but when push comes to shove, please don’t let us down.
There is no hope for the dolts who believe politicians can control global temperatures but thankfully their numbers are shrinking. The commie pigs will keep trampling on our rights if we don’t take a stand and force them to stop. They are testing us and we are failing so far.
Most of us in every state would say that about ourselves. We're referring to the free country designed by our forefathers who wrote a Constitution to guide us and protect our rights.
We will not accept a Socialist, Communist, Marxist American and I suggest that Texans won't either.

Yeah, those crazy founders of ours, seditious one and all. Imagine breaking from the lawful authority of King George over something as trivial as the emergence of a bona fide tyranny.
I have always stated these same thoughts to all. Whether retired or not, what if we ALL had tax deductions from our income halted? My accountant said that if you even claimed nine, and broke even in the end, there would be no penalty nor could the IRS do anything about it. If you didn’t pay until midnight of the 14 of April, as long as your responsible amount was paid, you would be fine. The IRS confirmed. This would hurt more if for one whole YEAR, everyone did this. Naturally we would have to be responsible and have this money ready to pay up, but the government would be hurt drastically and forced to cut back the perks and non-essential staff... think about it.
I guess like me you're too young to remember the Wilson administration, or the FDR administration, or the Johnson administration.
Better way for Atlas to shrug is to continue to work but stop spending on anything but essentials.
There ar e10,000 like minded groups out there all acting on their own. We need to have a meeting of the tribes and all get on board for ONE STRATEGY regardless of individual groups agendas . We need someone with some clout to approach RUSH , LEVIN < BECK and others with the idea of a national strike. The time is long past TALKING about the problem. Where is the conservative version of George Soros? We need a billionaire to fund the revolution as well.
