One of the more disturbing (IMHO) is Jennifer Connelly. She was one of the most beautiful girls and women in the world. But now she's lost so much weight, it's disturbing.
JC @ 16 - You could tell she'd grow up to be a stunner!
Stunningly beautiful face & eyes...
From 2000...
But now, she's lost so much weight. Even her face is looking gaunt.
What is it with Hollywood and the demand for women to starve themselves to death?

Just now, I was thinking about the late Shelley Winters. She was large size; yet she had some great character roles throughout her career. Unfortunately, someone with her body today would have difficulty finding work. There is enormous pressure on the women to conform to some societal rules about what they should look like.
I’m overweight; lost about 80 pounds and have 40 more to go. Yet, I won’t look anything like that when I make my goal and I really don’t care. It’s high time people take a stand against such nonsense. After all, aren’t we women supposed to be liberated?

I don’t know-it’s just plain craziness, but it wasn’t always so. Mae West, for example would be considered rather chunky by today’s standards. I think the queers like the androgynous look, and Hollywood is infested with ‘em.
Gay men dominate the fashion industry, and they want all women to look like teenage boys.
I am dead freakin’ serious about that.
Take a look through Vogue or Cosmo. Notice any chick with an actual rack? You sure don’t.
