On Feb. 14, he began to erase the Little Ice Age; on Aug.11, the Medieval Warm Period.

This is a curious article; I have seen writeups in Wikipedia on both the Medieval Warm Period and the Little Ice Age for several years.
The “warmers” know no bounds. They are corrupt, indecent and self-centered. They must be purged from any influence r power. Feh! Pox on their houses. Resist! Resist! Resist!

Solomon overstated the case just a bit (and only a bit) when he said in the article that the Medieval Warming Period (MWP) disappeared. What Connolley did was edit the article so that it relied primarily on researchers who claimed to “prove” that the MWP wasn’t a world-wide phenomenon, i.e., that it only affected small parts of the world at one time and therefore the world’s average temperature wasn’t elevated significantly. They needed to somehow assert (prove?) this for the hockey stick presentation to hold water.
If you read the article on the MWM in Wikipedia fairly closely, you’ll see that’s what he managed to do. It became a regional phenomenon. I suspect that this was news to researchers world-wide who’d been studying it for years and years, but it illustrates the true extent of the power that the global warming cabal wielded as little as a year ago. Fortunately, it’s all comin’ tumblin’ down.
It was a great bit of reporting by Solomon. We need a lot more digging like this to root out all the global warming alarmists’ corruption. He didn’t credit anyone for providing him the information either; I wonder if he figured it out on his own?
MWP is still showing the fraudulent East Anglia temperature graph showing it is hotter now and going straight up.

According to wikipedia, looks like Connolley also worked on the HadCM3 model at Hadley - go figure.
Also a Green Party candidate in the UK from 2001-2005.
He authored several revisionist articles/”literature reviews” claiming that the majority of scientific papers in the 70s “actually predicted warming, not cooling.
He clearly has an agenda!
I hope that some of the knowledgeable scientists methodically go through the wiki entries and clean them up...
