During this ongoing overthrow of the Constitution by “Benito” Obama and his cohorts in the Congress, the silence of the United States Supreme Court has been deafening.
Will someone over there please stand up and call a halt to this madness before it's too late!

Have you ever heard of Separation of Powers. SCOTUS can only step in with asked to decide a case. They have zero authority to stop anything in Congress until it is passed and then it comes to them for review.

The whole process of getting the Supremes to hear a case is flawed and makes all this discussion about 0’s and the Senate’s unconstitutional practices a complete waste time and renders the Constitution worthless most of the time.
