I pray this will be overturned by the SCOTUS. We need to find the best constitutional, liberty-loving lawers in the country to help overturn this CRAP. Where do I donate? That’s all I want to know right now.

A coup d'état (pronounced /ˌkuːdeɪˈtɑː/, us dict: kōō′·dā·tâ′), or coup for short, is the sudden unconstitutional deposition of a legitimate government, usually by a small group of the existing state establishment — typically the military — to replace the deposed government with another, either civil or military. A coup d’état succeeds when the usurpers establish their legitimacy if the attacked government fail to thwart them, by allowing their (strategic, tactical, political) consolidation and then receiving the deposed government’s surrender; or the acquiescence of the populace and the non-participant military forces.

Be not that far from me, for trouble is near; haste Thee to help me. Blessed be the Lord my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight. My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me. O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.

Amen brother. This Freeper is ready to: enforce the constitution and restrain the government.

Civil disobedience is a fine American tradition, no?

Our choices at this point are:

1.) Vote in 2010 and hope a.) that we can get a Republican majority who will b.) have the guts to legislatively neuter this bill, or;

2.) Live with it.

“The prospect of tyranny may not grab the headlines the way vivid stories of gun crime routinely do. But few saw the
Third Reich coming until it was too late. The Second Amendment is a doomsday provision, one designed for those
exceptionally rare circumstances where all other rights have failed — where the government refuses to stand for
reelection and silences those who protest; where courts have lost the courage to oppose, or can find no one to
enforce their decrees. However improbable these contingencies may seem today, facing them unprepared is a mistake a free people get to make only once”.

Judge Alex Kozinski

What do you suggest, sir?

Tea Party’s didn’t stop them. The march on 9/12 didn’t phase them. We need something bigger & peaceful they cannot ignore. Otherwise we will have blood in the streets.

I am ready and willing. Would just like to see a reasones, responsible plan put forward to take our country back!

I understand the reluctance to use violence. The problem is that we are being forced to move so far away from the founding principles of this country. We have e-mailed, sent faxes, demonstrated in Tea Parties and we are ignored and/or marginalized. The little people do not know what is in their best interest, you see. Something will have to give. I hope it does not come to violence, but Jefferson did say that the tree of liberty needs to be refreshed from time to time with the blood of tyrants. When the government of the people, by the people and for the people is stolen by those who know better than we do what is in our best interest, something will have to give.

It’s time to pick the hill you’re going to die on. All of us now have but two choices:

1. Submit. And may your chains rest lightly.

2. Refuse. And resist by every art and means at your disposal.

Your lives, the lives of your families, and of millions yet to be born are all that’s at stake.

There are not enough jails, not enough police, not enough courts to enforce a law not supported by the people.

There is a way. It is called a Constitutional Convention. Take the power to tax and spend away from congress and return it to the taxpayers (Note: taxpayers: not tax filers)

A cadre of experts in Constitutional law needs to assemble -if they haven’t already. Individuals with standing who will be harmed by the bill need to be selected with good cases that will ask the right questions about various facets of the bill. The petition needs to be filed ASAP after the signing with a requested injunction against implementation. Money needs to be raised to support the effort.

State legislation also needs to be written and introduced to block implementation of this on the state level.

The French recently implemented a system that pushes back against Stalinist flavored medical control ~ they simply set a moderately high deductible before the government steps in and wastes tax money on someone.

Obviously the French government can keep on raising the deductible limit until Stalinist-care is virtually eradicated from the national budget.

Seems to me that no matter what the Democrats do now, next year when we seize control of the organs of state it should be quite possible to set a VERY HIGH deductible limit ~ something like $15,000.

Another alternative is to take Nancy Pelosi's approach and TAX DEMOCRATS to pay for 100% of the costs of their system.

That ought to tie up the courts for a decade or so, and in the meantime we can pull it apart a clause at a time and dispose of it like the rubbish it is.

They are passing a political disaster that is going to destroy them and no one else. The left hates the bill, the right hates the bill, and the middle hates the bill. I cannot believe that Obama and his socialists are that stupid but they are.

I am certain that very few people here agree with what I am saying. In fact stay angry, it is very good, this will ensure that the democrats will be crushed in 2010 and 2012.
