So now according to you our Constitution is illegal.

No, TB, according to me, it is the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND.

Congress and the President have violated their oath of office to the Constitution. They must be removed.

C’mon Spittle, what would you and your hero, Patrick Henry have as our form of government?

So what it the best form of government?

That government is best which governs least.

Patrick Henry favored state sovereignty, and a confederacy of states for general purposes. I don’t see why that can’t work. It wasn’t given a chance. Instead of amending the Articles to correct errors in the confederacy, they went for a strong national government. But then, I already said that several posts ago, regarding backtracking. I guess in all your emotionalism and gibberish, you forgot.

Incorrect. Anarchy is the absence of government. That’s not what I advocate. I advocate as little government as is necessary. The Constitution gave us much more than that.

What were the errors in the Articles and how would you have corrected them?

Congress and the President have violated their oath of office to the Constitution. They must be removed.

How would you remove them? You'll have the Congress impeach itself?! And the majority party will impeach its own president??

LOOK THE GOON SQUADS O HAS PUT TOGETHER ARE WATCHING NOW FOR ORGANIZED RESISTANCE TO EMERGE.

WE CAN SEE US SO CAN THEY.

So give them a choice. To quote a recent President, "you are either with us or against us".

Or as was said at the time of Indian Independence from the British - if you had not ceded power when you did, you would soon have had no power to cede. (In other words, British rule had lost its legitimacy.)

Elections are tricky nowadays. Only go along to get along Repubs are given money by the RNC to run (pretty much), plus the fraud by Dems is bad and will get worse and worse.

The tea parties have a postive purpose, even if the ******** in Washington dont take notice of them.

They are opportunities for patriots to mobilize, meet in large numbers and see that other (real, not virtual) people feel the same way they do.

They have been peaceful protests thusfar, but I, like you, am getting impatient for the first shot to be fired.

>If your account of events is accurate, (and I take it at face value it is) the fact that a US Senator considers “unsolicited” constituent email “SPAM” is outrageous.<

I kept it, and the replies.
This is what it said:

“Fisher, Julianne (Johnson)
to me

show details Dec 16 (3 days ago)

Actually, it’s the definition of it: Spam is the abuse of electronic messaging systems (including most broadcast media, digital delivery systems) to send unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately.

I suggest you contact Senator Gillibrand’s office directly. You may find them at the following link: http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm. “

to which I replied:

Actually since the Senator is supposed to represent ME it is not indiscriminate - so stop trying to keep me from my Senator.
And I already called the office and went to her web page and was irate that you have the NERVE to try and silence me from making my wishes known from MY REPRESENTATIVE!

Going to the press may be one way to go, but how much traction would it get actually? The MSM just doesntcare at this point.

I don't care as I have nothing to hide. I'd say it to their faces given the opportunity. Quite frankly, I'm sick and tired of slinking around in the darkness of secrecy. We have the First Amendment. Say what needs saying. We are in the right. They know it. They are subhumans. I will never, ever bow the knee before a monarch nor swear allegiance to any doctrine or ideal foreign to the America I know and love. My only King is King Jesus. If they have a problem with that, if my very existence stands in contradiction to the Marxist fantasyland they seek to construct, then they will need to violate the First Amendment of the very document they swore to uphold and kill me.

No fear. Almighty God, not some shady thug from Chicago, is supreme; HE will avenge their innocent bloodshed. As the late Henry Hyde put it with such blunt austerity, on Judgment Day the feeling of aloneness, the stain of guilt will shake the accused as nothing imagineable.

Instead of amending the Articles to correct errors in the confederacy . . .

In your opinion, what were the errors? What would you and Patrick Henry have done?

them listen. Write a letter and MAIL it.<

I have called
e-mailed
faxed
written letters

They send blanket forms back, but they don’t care, it is obvious.

I simply said that email is useless. But hard mail gums up their works and is annoying. ;-)

Is CSI available on Hulu? Does netflicks have the DVD?

For instance we watch “V” on Hulu. And have “24” marathons where we watch the entire year in about 3 nights. We've been known to up at 2 a.m. saying, “Just one more!” :-)
