* Gunning for Jon & Kate Plus 8

When we last visited the hapless Gosselins (and who knew we would ever make a return visit?), Kate was undergoing a life-transforming experience by wearing a pink cowboy hat, riding a horse named Banjo and getting an introduction to shooting guns. Jon, meanwhile, was in drag.

This time, it's legally-embattled Jon's turn to man the guns, and it looks like it's gotten him into hot water, per MyFoxPhilly.com's "Judge Bars Guns At Jon Gosselin House":

Judge Arthur Tilson issued the court order Thursday in Norristown, Pa., after Jon Gosselin was photographed on Wednesday in Wernersville, Pa., shooting a .38 pistol on his property.

The judge also ordered Gosselin to register his pistol at a new address in Pennsylvania within 90 days.

Here's the thing--or rather, several things:

David does an excellent job of trying to find out what is going on, but comes up dry. I suspect this is all reality TV, exhibitionist fluff.

You don’t have to REGISTER any pistol at any address in PA. Where does this a-hole judge come off making a decision like that ?

I'm sorry to say I watched all the episodes of this show and know a lot about these people...:)

Jon Gosselin has revealed himself over this past year to be a low-life, which is probably why Kate was on his case all the time during their marriage. Evidently, he was her 9th child.

Yesterday a judge ordered him to return $235,000 that he stole from the family account. He's also being sued by TLC for breach of contract. Trial date is April.

This week he got mad because of issues with his 22 yr old girlfriend, Hailey. Then the paparazzi photographed him shooting his gun across the fence of his property.

IMO the guy is unstable, and the judge after hearing the facts, probably thought the guy shouldn't be shooting the gun in his yard with 8 kids running around.

BTW, the house was awarded to Kate in the divorce settlement yesterday, so Jon won't have the opportunity to be shooting when the kids are around. Plus he won't be able to hire nannies that he has affairs with.

Good point about him being her 9th child. I watched the show the first year because I was stunned that anyone could take care of 6 babies and two toddlers at the same time. It turns out you can't, which is why she had constant help and possibly even government aid.

Beside that point, I always felt sorry for Jon because she was so controlling and bitchy - now I'm wondering if he was always a slug and didn't help at all - maybe Kate is vindicated a little...not completely because she's still an attention whore, but maybe not as bad as most thought.

He's just pathetic - my theory is latent homosexual. He has a completely controlling woman, then goes from one young girl to the next while getting both ears pierced and acting foolish...he's hiding something.

Did you hear that Jon & Hailey were at the Philadelphia Airport Ramada where Hailey was a ref for girls' boxing last night?

LOL

I think he was a useless slug from the beginning, but it took me a while to figure it out. He needs a keeper.

It cost way too much, but it doesn’t look bad at all.

She must have traded Jon's Gonads for the Hair Extensions.

Two screwed up people ruining the lives of eight innocent Children.

Sounds like a very entertaining Reality Show to me. /s

You don’t have to REGISTER any pistol at any address in PA.

I'm trying to figure out how the hell to even go about doing it. I guess you might be able to talk a sheriff into putting a 3 by 5 card in his top desk drawer.

Gun registration, indeed gun control in general, is impossible in PA. See Sections 21 and 25 of Article 1 of the state Constitution.

Section 21 . Right to Bear Arms
The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.

Section 22. Standing Army; Military Subordinate to Civil Power
No standing army shall, in time of peace, be kept up without the consent of the Legislature, and the military shall in all cases and at all times be in strict subordination to the civil power.

Section 23. Quartering of Troops
No soldier shall in time of peace be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Section 24. Titles and Offices
The Legislature shall not grant any title of nobility or heredity distinction, nor create any office the appointment to which shall be for a longer term than during good behavior.

Section 25. Reservation of Powers in People
To guard against transgressions of the high powers which we have delegated, we declare that everything in this article is excepted out of the general powers of government and shall forever remain inviolate.

This ain't Jersey.
