Non-binding? Epic fail. And that’s a good thing.

It may not matter much if Republicans take over Congress next year. Then any climate change treaty will be dead as a doornail. There is no way Congress is going to pass cap n trade legislation that in effect would hand a unilateral advantage to our competitors.

Next conference is in Mexico City in November 2010. That's probably just after the November elections. If the GOP wins them, the entire event will be a pro-forma affair. The Third World can then walk away from the deal they signed with Obama.

"So what?"

"Does U.N. rule the world?"

The UN is very powerful. Remember all those resolutions they passed to reign in Iraq in the 1990/s...oh wait.

zero is threatening EPA regulatory mandates based on the recent ruling if he doesn’t get cap ‘ hoax, which he won’t. We will them truly, not arguably, be living under tyranny because the checks and balances will have been fully breached.

It was done on the back of a napkin late at night. There are no formal commitments, no binding targets. No one is going to do anything by next year, let alone by 2020.

Looks like some third world countries “stepped up”

Several developing countries, including Bolivia, Cuba, Sudan and Venezuela, bitterly protested the deal and said it is unacceptable because it lacks specific targets for reducing carbon emissions. Decisions are made by consensus in UN climate negotiations.

After failing to resolve the impasse during an all-night session, Danish Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen announced a break for consultations with UN officials. - AP

Well, after all the money and time spent, massive amounts of fuel and carbon spewed into the air for the clowns in this clown show to get there, they have to come up with something.......

And I can imagine Bam Bam and Hilly pledging 10 billion a year as a down payment for climate damage reparations, etc.

But the American people will not let this epic lie go on this time. The Russians have come forward and exposed the Climate Data fraud, saying that the international climate commission threw out temperature readings taken in Russia because it would have made the results much different and non supportive of their Global Warming scam.

Things will get much warmer for the Climate Commission I'm sure, but not in regards to the climate.
