U.S.-led climate deal under threat in Copenhagen ["Deal" falling apart]

U.N. climate talks fell into crisis on Saturday after some developing nations angrily rejected a plan worked out by U.S. President Barack Obama and leaders of other major economies for fighting global warming.

Countries including Venezuela, Sudan and Tuvalu said they opposed a deal spearheaded on Friday in Copenhagen by the United States, China, India, South Africa and Brazil at the summit. The deal would need unanimous backing to be adopted.

The document "is a solution based on the same very values, in our opinion, that channeled six million people in Europe into furnaces," said Sudan's Lumumba Stanislaus Di-aping.

"The reference to the Holocaust is, in this context, absolutely despicable," said Anders Turesson, chief negotiator of Sweden.

Holocaust analogies from one of the world's preeminent purveyors of genocide at a climate change conference based on ‘science’ that would make the eugenicists blush and defended by eco-zealots who equate disagreement with Holocaust denial. What a crowd.

There is enough wheat and other grain straw burned in this country each year (causing air polution), to build several million 2,000 sq. ft. straw bale homes. At the 2006 Solar Decathlon, energy efficiency building competition, students from Penn State told me that they had researched insulation for an Indian reservation project. They determined that straw bale home construction was 10 TIMES more energy efficient than any other form of insulated building they studied.

I wonder how many energy efficient, comfortable straw bale homes could be built in China and India from all their rice and wheat straw, most of which probably gets burned. If you don’t know what I am talking about, google: straw bale home construction, or some variant, their are thousands of articles on the topic.

I don't believe any word of this coming from the main fringe media
This is nothing but a dog and pony show and there maybe some kind of back room deal going on, the same thing with the HealthCare bill.....
I the only time I am going to believe that the Climate Change treaty is in trouble is when Obama comes back to the US with NO !!! I repeat, NO deal or treaty signed... until then, it's all hogwash...

[[U.N. climate talks fell into crisis on Saturday after some developing nations angrily rejected a plan worked out by U.S. President Barack Obama and leaders of other major economies for fighting global warming.]]

Translation: These smaller coutnries were pissed off that the united states and other ‘rich capitalist pig nations’ didn’t give them hundreds of billions of dolalrs and they only committed to 10 billion a year instead (apparently capitalism is only evil when ‘rich nations’ earn the money, and capiutalism is just fine and dandy when poor countries trry to capitalize on rich nation’s ingenuity and progress that made htem rich i nthe first place)

[[The deal would need unanimous backing to be adopted.]]

Which it WILL get- make no mistake about that- even if it has to be done behind closed doors- they’ve been planning a one world government for a VERY long time now, and they understand that the ONLY way to control the whole world is to control their finances, so these criminals will stop at nothing to get a ‘binding accord’ established

[[The document “is a solution based on the same very values, in our opinion, that channeled six million people in Europe into furnaces,”]]

Gee- ya think? What Hitler couldn’t do by physical force (world domination) the UN will do through financial bribery, and what they can’t accomplish through bribery, they will accomplish through financial extortion- Every country that wants ‘rich nation’s money’ had better prepare to becoem lifelong slaves to the UN- and you’d better learn how to say ‘how high’ when they tell you to jump you idiots!

This is the 2nd time I’ve heard of it—the first was 3 days ago in an article where the representative of Tuvalu at Copenhagen turned out to be some academic from Australia. So it must be some coral atoll threatened by rising sea level.

You’re right about the atoll, Sicvee.

From the World Factbook:

Capital: Funafuti
Population: 12,373 (July 2009 est.)
Location: Oceania, island group consisting of nine coral atolls in the South Pacific Ocean, about one-half of the way from Hawaii to Australia
Chief of State: Queen Elizabeth II, represented by Governor General Filoimea Telito
Head of State: Prime Minister Apisai Ielemia

Food for thought to add to that - these smaller "developing nations" are the rich capitalist pig nations, so to speak. You have to follow the money on who has what holdings in finances, infrastructure and commerce in those "developing nations". The Eurocrats are looking to set up an incestuous money-laundering operation where the money commitments loop back around to them. All their spread-the-wealth-to-help-the-poor-nations talk is a total load of crap. They couldn't care less about the prospects of any poor in those nations and are only interested in propping up their own economically feeble socialist oligarchies.

While it started as documentation of the ClimateGate Swindle, I have plenty about HopeNfraud'em, too-- click the picture, goto the last "page," and scroll back:

"Hadley CRU has apparently been hacked –[epic fraud?]"

Click the picture:

And yes, it is a swindle- a fraud and a cheat and a scam-- a deliberately designed construct intended to con you out of things you hold dear-- money, and prosperity, and freedom... and a few other things, as well.

Any chance they could relocate from their one-acre coral reef to the mainland in order to escape those roaring seas?

According to Wiki, it’s comprised of 10 square miles, which makes the entire country the size of a very small town....2 miles x 5 miles. A person could walk across the entire country in an hour.

That material would never be used here. Some do-gooder would have the fire marshal shut it down in a heartbeat, then enter the lawyers to sue for product liability.

But India and China already have terrible construction, so it would definitely be an improvement for them......until the bugs come crawling out of the stuff.

I don’t think zero signed an agreement. The reason I say that is because cap ‘n hoax won’t pass, so he’ll get to rule through the EPA which is what he wants to do - no legislative input or oversight.....”stroke of the pen, new law, kinda cool...” - Paul Begala

Bingo! These “emergent democracies” are where the capitalist pigs who are burned out and taxed out through socialism have dumped their investment slush funds.

Do they think the halcyon days of Hong Kong don’t ring a bell with us? A “poor, developing country” is the equivalent to a free trade zone.
