It was a good idea, a soy based salty thing in place of salt, but it made the thing bitter. I only used a little. I thought it was a better idea than beef bullion because of the complexity of the taste. Live and learn

I don’t even bother to make chili. I like Wolf Brand Chili
without beans so well, I couldn’t do better than that!
