The article says “raising three children” - are they all his? I realize he’s 26 and in some neighborhoods he could be getting close to being a grandfather, but that seems young to me to have three children.

You are talking about a man that was arrested with an 18 year old, 16 year old, and a 14 year old in a hotel room for providing them with alcohol, and this was after he had beat up a couple of people who didn't deserve it. I don't think they lost much - hopefully there is a better father figure in their lives.
