The first picture looked like Ruth Buzzy(sp).
This one looks like Dr. Eldon Tyrell from Blade Runner.
If it wasn’t for politics, these people would be living under a freeway overpass.
That is one OOGLY looking chick.
Not true. DeLauro's married to Bill Clinton's old pollster Stan Greenberg.
Do they serve up broomsticks and a cauldron when she flies home?
That's our Rosa DeLauro... the perfect Halloween Witch! LOL
After one of the White House Correspondents Dinner FReeps in DC (I think it was back in 2005), zelig and I "snuck" into the event once all the VIPs were leaving the venue. Rep. DeLauro was so kind to hold the door open for us so we could get in! HeHe ;-)
I remember her from YEARS ago. She has always been a frickin’ loon.
You are right. Another Freeper set me straight.
“That is a face only a mother could love.”
ALL of them have to go...they all make me sick.
I agree. However, with Connecticut firmly in the grip of the totally corrupt Democrat party due to voter apathy, 'legacy voting' i.e. "Great grandpa always said the the Democrats are for the workin' man!", the huge influence of the too-powerful public employee unions and the general leftist tilt of large parts of the state that like to consider themselves 'progressive', Rosa De Lauro and her ilk will keep getting re-elected until they croak. Maybe even after that if ACORN has a part in the election.
Connecticut is financially doomed, anyway. People are leaving as they see opportunities drying up and taxes being raised to unsupportable levels, yet the Democrat super-majority in the state legislature keep spending money they don't have. State bankruptcy is coming by 2011. Maybe by then the voters will wake up - but don't count on it.
I was never a fan of Joe Lieberman but he's shown some semblance of integrity lately and DeLauro's hysterical ranting makes him look pretty good - for a Democrat. I doubt Lieberman will run again in 2012, when he'll be 70 years old. I suspect this figures into his political moves but I could be wrong. Anyway, if Joe Lieberman can help stop this 'Health Care' bill from passing, I'm on his side. Rosa DeLauro can go to Cuba and stay there for all I care. She is an embarrassment to her state, which is saying a lot.
Definitely. Check out maggief's post #55... LOL!
