This is clear in their statement-—no acceptance of homosexuality. Not just any unmarried sex, as you said.

Then they have changed their wording. It used to be as I stated.

It is very possible that the Salvation Army had to make a statement specifically refering to homosexual behavior because speaking out against sex outside of marriage was no longer sufficient in an era in which (i) several states have adopted same-sex “marriage” and (ii) some idiots believe that if homosexuals married each other then it would make their behavior moral.
