You get bonus points for your patience and persistence.
You didn’t try to win a debate, you tried to educate a liberal.
Over Christmas, we will all have to engage the known liberals in our families, because the future of America depends on it.
We have no time or money to allow their foolish petulanxe tot dominant our politics any longer. We have seen how a complete political party has been radicalized to the point of overt Marxism, and only an outpouring of rage by the American public over the summer started a trend in the other direction. And that battle is not yet won.
As for Sarah Palin, there is no question that she HAS to be President No. 45. We will need an honest, hard-working person that is not owned by anyone to get out of the mess we will be in by 2012. When she says she’ll be “fighting for you”, she means it, because she has always done that in her political career.
There is also no question that she can connect with people at all levels, and she can converse on almost any subject. She is showing, without the shackles placed on her by the McCain campaign, the media, and the Alsakan Democrats, what a powerhouse she really is.
When you think about it, her Facebook postings have singlehandedly exposed ObamaCare,Al Gore,Cap and Trade, Climate Change, etc. And she is just a housewife and hockey mom with no political office right now.
She could have gone home and stayed there after all that has been said and done to her and her family. But she showed that her love of country is more important than feeling sorry for yourself and has chosen to engage the debate. She soon will own that, too.
You did well with your liberal social worker. I love the way she went to a bookstore, sipped coffee and read magazines for free in a place that has employees to pay and a profit to make. Typical government worker drone.
I'm thinking that this is not a MUST. The candidate needs to be "Palin approved" however.

Well, maybe not all of us. Mom used to be a lib. She’s now the most conservative of the whole family. So conversions do happen. (Side note: Carter - and the real-world impact of his leftism - turned her.)
Then again, most of the family live in Texas...
