I’ve never read it, but I’ve look at the global jihad in depth since since 9/11; yes, the jihad is pure evil.
It’s really a good book about a great man who is actually accomplishing something. It also gives an interesting perspective to “normal” Muslim’s versus the jihadists (Taliban, etc.) and how much they like American’s who actually help. Mortenson deserved to win the Nobel Peace Prize for what he has actually accomplished. He has done more in his life for real people than Obamarx could ever hope to accomplish.
