I think what they're after is Elin - I think they have reason to believe she clonked him good with a golf club. And in Florida, it doesn't matter if the spouse files - the state will anyway.

He is a substance abuser, serial adulterer and possibly a child molester. He also broke the law hiring prostitue. Poor Johns get arrest every day doing what he did regularly.
