Just do a web search on HAARP and check out the Alaskan installation and what it does. This is real technology under the control of OUR military. Is it related to the Oslo phenom? Who knows.

HAARP is less about military mind control as is / was about Ted Stevens pumping pork into Alaska. Now that Ted is out, expect to see the Gulkana ffacility to go away.
THere is also another facility that gets no respect at Poker Flats, run by UAF. That one will not take visitors.
As far as “beaming microwaves into space” the HAARP facility here in AK tops out at just over 10 Mhz, a very long way from microwaves.....

Bottom line fore me: be as independent as possible as to food and water. Own well, own source of food - gardens, storage, chicken coop - etc. Heck, the way obummer is taking over industries - if he takes over the trucking industry - they control our food - PERIOD.
