It will never go below 93.5% of the black vote, plus 100% of the communist and SEIU, AFL-CIO (and other thuggish unions) vote.
It is truly his die-hard foundational support. One thing that might dent it with (some) black voters is his promised repeal of the military's "don't ask/don't tell" policy. That is really unpopular with black voters. However, whatever loss in support he suffers with black voters will be more than made up by renewed support from anti-military white liberals who are currently very unhappy with his Afghanistan plus-up decision.
No matter what he does he will likely always have an absolute floor of 20-25 percent of the voters that will be enthusiastically and aggressively in his corner.
