I am thinking one of the reasons Presidio hasn't had a problem is that there is a big ol' fence segment there. It is amazing how all the Mexican officials quoted took the same line that WE are doing this to THEM, and it is our responsibility. These people are Mexicans. They are the responsibility of the Mexican government.

This pendejo thinks that US law enforcement agencies should "coordinate" with him before enforcing our laws, and that we are somehow obliged to listen to his "objections" to the way that we are enforcing our laws, and that we should not enforce our laws unless he says its OK. These people do not have a clue, about the rule of law or anything else, but perhaps this program will provide them with some.
