Well I did some research since I posted that. He was convicted in France of insider trading but there was nothing in the article that said he was wanted. I thought I read that years ago.p> That being said, if he is on a plane that lands in France, he has entered the country. A plane is not sovereign territory.

What I was actually thinking is, that if he is wanted why can't Interpols bag him, or, if the Czech Republic is part of the EU (still have to look at that), why can't they arrest him?

Internatianl law is not my thing. All I know is this guy is evil.

Both France and the Denmark are EU members.
