I've had a hard time locating a flu shot around my locality, and for that matter one cannot find a flu shot in the entire state of New Hampshire unless you belong to a certain group of "at risk" people. More specifically, they are currently offering flu shots to those under 24 with certain underlying health problems. Well it appears that to the south in the people's republic of Massachusetts, both flu shots are available to anyone. Could it be that there are politics behind the availability of flu vaccine? Are democratic lives more valuable than those of somewhat more conservative New Hampshire residents? I'll give you we aren't anywhere near as conservative as in the past, but that's mainly due to Massachusetts residents fleeing their cesspool, and bringing their politics with them. For the most part, long-time residents of NH are about as conservative as they come. It should cause our new liberal residents some heartburn that their lives aren't as valuable as their more liberal neighbors. I doubt this will ever make the news, but it is a fact which can be checked at the American Lung Association's Flu finder website at http://www.lungusa.org/lung-disease/influenza/flu-clinic-locator/
We have the same problem in Wisconsin. Dem counties seem to have lots of clinics available. R Counties have few clinics, and those are open only to babies, children, pregnant women and health workers under 64. We seniors shall be allowed to die, I guess. Better to free up resources for the baby boomers coming on board to Medicare under Obama care. sarc/off
They use that oath when it suits them.

Distribution of H1N1 vaccine is controlled at the State Department of Health level in most states. What’s that tell you?
We just got 10 million doses here in NY. They can’t even give it away here.
Were you seeking the H1N1 flu vaccine? The Dr. is correct in saying that you are not at high risk for H1N1. The opposite is true of regular flu. Non-H1N1 vaccine seems to be unavailable in NH. I was told that the manufacturing capacity for it had been largely devoted to H1N1 instead.
Hmmm... I keep turning it down. Been offered 3 times since late August.
