Sorry, I just re-read your post and you did explain your need.
Even if you found something that you could just "upgrade" into your site, you wouldn't like the results, coming from Front Page. You'd be far better off using Copy/Paste for your text.
I'd like you to try
NetObjects Fusion Essentials (FREE)
They have some very good FREE tutorials for you to learn with and, for your needs, you wouldn't really have to learn much at all. If you like it, you can buy a template or two and see how it goes. Netobjects allows you to use
CSS to separate your text content form your ads, and Flash, and embedding, etc. You'll definitely want to use CSS for placing and rotating your advertisements.
Good luck.

I would replace Vista just on principle. Windows 7 is more stable. Having said that, there is a “known feature” in Dreamweaver CS4 as it interacts with Windows 7 (and Vista). It’s unavoidable, but there is a workaround that’s easily managed. Adobe has known about this issue since Vista service pack 2 and has no intention of fixing it. It’s really weird, because Dreamweaver doesn’t behave this way with XP.
