(The EPA proposes regulating emissions only above 25,000 tons, but it has no such authority.) People need to hammer the EPA on this. Ask them how they calculated the required CO2 mitigation and what precise effect it will have. Ask them for the raw data and the calculations.

The Kenyan has threatened Republicans to go along with cap and tax or he’ll unleash the EPA. The pubbies should call Kenyan’s bluff by letting energy prices rise.
America is waking up to the cost of the Kenyan’s communist coup. The more aroused the voters are, the better.
