Aren’t his appeals pretty much exhausted by now?

Found this in WikiPedia: "On April 6, 2009, the United States Supreme Court ruled that Mumia's original conviction of 28 years ago would stand."

Pity we can't reinstate the death penalty he deserves!

I wonder if the anti-death types ever consider that Mumia gave the death penalty to Danny Faulker simply for being a cop and doing his job.

And I'm still waiting for Michael Smerconish to ask Obama what the thinks of Mumia.
