Aren’t his appeals pretty much exhausted by now? Found this in WikiPedia: "On April 6, 2009, the United States Supreme Court ruled that Mumia's original conviction of 28 years ago would stand."
Pity we can't reinstate the death penalty he deserves!

Pity we can't reinstate the death penalty he deserves! I wonder if the anti-death types ever consider that Mumia gave the death penalty to Danny Faulker simply for being a cop and doing his job.
And I'm still waiting for Michael Smerconish to ask Obama what the thinks of Mumia.
