In a word... yes. This is far less egregious than the usual homosexual statutory rape cases, attractiveness of the miscreants aside.
I think female homosexuality is tolerated because penetration is not inferred.

Is this an example of tolerating homosexuality as long as it’s between two semi-good looking women? I think that I am actually a lesbian trapped in a male body. I mean if I WAS a woman, I'd only want to mess around with women since the thought of messing with men is perverted.
