President Barack Obama has pulled an end run around the American people and the legislators they have elected

This is a ridiculous assertion.

First of all, the American people ELECTED the man currently using the name "Barack Obama". The American people and the legislators they have elected CREATED the EPA, exercise absolute power over it, and could end it tomorrow.

The American people have all the POWER they need - what they lack is wisdom and virtue.

What a bunch of crap, developing countries all over the world, including countries in Africa are facing problems with starvation, disease, and crime, simply because these same countries don't hold in high priority any efforts to educate their citizens, build schools and hospitals, or provide measures that will effectively create an atmosphere of legitimate governments that can help to provide these measures... instead they would rather resort to piracy, tyrannical governments and despotic rulers that have been infiltrated by radical forces, including jihadists and their awareness of their problems usually always involve not giving a damn about their citizens but they have quickly learned that they can blackmail countries like the USA because of weak-minded governors like Obama, simply because people like Obama are also not aware of the "real problems" his country faces, and ironically, he has absolutely no control over the situation. So, we are in a global stand-still with both sides drawing their lines in the sand, and not ready to really help their own by common sense and acceptable terms from either side.

In a time where solutions will have grave outcomes if not taken seriously, we have become entangled in distractions and irrelevant synthesized disasters, by powerful people, whom one has to wonder, who alliances they really stand behind: greed and the lust for more power, come to the top of the list in my mind. If the USA doesn't tend to its home front and fix the economy, we won't have any country to worry about let alone all this global warming crap and whether CO2 is a toxic gas. What a joke.

The working class, i.e., the money source, has more power over the government than it realizes. If the working class were to stop feeding Washington ( legally and as much as possible of course), even that would break the back of the masters.
No money - no ability to buy votes or control the masses. Without our money, they lose all their power and privilege. THEY would have to visit the unemployment offices instead of us.
That's why it's important to starve the beast. Legally avoid all activities or purchases that have an attached tax of any kind. This type of protest is free, and actually quite fruitful in the end. YOU get to save the extra cash yourself. Save it for YOUR OWN retirement.

If CO2 is a toxic pollutant, are we going to designate all plants as criminals because they are Harboring a fugitive (mean and toxic CO2), because we all know, plants cannot survive without CO2, and cannot produce O2 (oxygen) without CO2. Never, in my wildest dreams, would I have thought that our government would be this inane with such despotic activity. I think Charles Krauthammer is correct. This may be the beginning of the end, i.e. the beginning of whatever it takes for a full fledged revolution. Egads, can this really be happening, I need to pinch myself, to see if this is all a dream. Where are those damn ruby slippers when you need them!

Wait until the working class sees the cost of Death Care. Add to that the massive energy cost increases, and people are going to totally freak.

Death Care = mandatory $870 per month per person (if no employer benefits).
$1,700-$2,100 per person over 55 (pushed into self paying Medicare).
No op out option (and because it's the government giving out these numbers, multiply the cost by 10).

Oboma himself said if Tax and Cap passes, energy costs would also skyrocket. Imagine after paying for their Death Care, people will have to pay a 2-3 times higher price for energy!
