A question posed earlier today by a fellow Freeper... basically she said.......”If the EPA and HHS can draft regulations and make laws, why do we need congress anymore?”
Isn’t making laws supposed to be their job? Does that make congress obsolete? Is the Executive Branch now also the legislative branch? Of course if the answer is YES to any of those questions, we are no longer under Constitutional Law in any semblance.
Is that not the entire justification of the people to overthrow their government, is when they no longer honor the US Constitution?
We are CITIZENS, NOT SUBJECTS.
The social compact (Constitution) that binds us as a nation does not allow for an administrator in an agency somewhere to pass sweeping rules effecting our lives. Period.

This move to Marxism is no longer a popularity contest. It doesn’t matter. Have you noticed how Washington could give a rats a$$ about what you and I think?
It’s not about the numbers, it is about global control of this country and the almighty dollar substitute.
Low poll numbers to them are meaningless. It is the end game they want to achieve. If they pull off the end game and control every aspect of American life, they know we will be powerless to change.
I doubt if Stalin and Mao worried about popularity polling, while purging their state of opposition.
By declaring CO2 a ‘pollutant’, the EPA has just laid the groundwork to criminalize and penalize that fact that we breathe. KTAN.

then something will have to be done to GET their attention.
If we don't tar and feather (dictionary: criticize severely and devastatingly; excoriate) them they will czar and fetter us.
The game here is to have the EPA threaten to impose a whole raft of really, really bad rules on every segment of our economy in order to get the Senate to act on the cap-and-trade bill. Blackmail is a term that comes readily to hand.
However, if the GOP and coal state Democrats can man up and kill the bill then it puts the Obozo between a rock and a hard place. If the EPA proceeds then you have a revolution. If he doesn’t then he takes a hit from the environazis. I say kill the bill and call his bluff. Like Dirty Harry said, “Go ahead. Make my day”
