...not at all. And I agree with another post that said the HOA will be embarrassed into letting him or into changing the HOA rules. I’m just saying that Barfoot signed an agreement that does not allow for a pole in the neighborhood.

Where are you getting that? Everything I've read said that there is no mention of flagpoles in the bylaws, just some phrase regarding "aesthetics".

I’m with you guys. Since I want to fly a flag when ever I please, I will not buy a house in a development that has a “No flag poles” rule (Or a no goat grazing rule either)
