Look, its blackmail, a way of saying to Congress: either you do cap-and-trade or were gonna do cap, no trade. Were gonna regulate every aspect of American life. This is if the EPA now has in its power perhaps it will when acted over time to intrude into every aspect of American life."

I wonder...how much carbon does a bucket of tar admit. I would guess the feathers and pitchforks would be fairly carbon neutral...

Congress could stop this if the majority will was there, it isn’t. A blackmail attempt could be stopped by amending the Clean Air Act or the old simple annual appropriations device of denying any funding for the implementation of specified activities.

I’ll call my Democratic senators tomorrow and tell them to just pack up their offices and go home, saving us the cost of their annual operating expenses.
The executive branch is no longer in need of their services.
I’m sure HHS can deliver, via mandate, whatever kind of Universal Health Care Obama desires as well.

Just because they declare co2 a pollutant doesn’t mean they are stupid enough to actually ban it—at least not on their watch.

We will just be ‘green’ rioters.
This is beyond outrageous. Trully, an Obamination.

It’s not about banning it. It’s about regulating it, taxing it and using it as an instrument of social experimentation.

Congress should “fail to act” on this. And any new intrusive EPA regulations should be ignored and resisted by any means necessary.

This is exactly why most of the agencies, especially the EPA, MUST be abolished. This is government fascism at its best.
I want to hear from a politician who says one of his first acts would be to immediately defund, by half, ALL the agencies and then undertake a review of which ones are to be abolished for good or rolled into another.
Time to scrape off the deadwood.
Dismantle DC!
