Would that be the same Kent Hovind who is serving a ten-year prison sentence in the Federal Correctional Institution, Edgefield in Edgefield, South Carolina, after being convicted of 58 federal counts, including twelve tax offenses, one count of obstructing federal agents and forty-five counts of structuring cash transactions.

It’s the same one. He was under the misconception that the United States was still a government of the people. He should have realized it isn’t and paid his taxes.
