and was only stalled by the start of World War II that very same year: 1938.Great article, but to be believed as a serious writer, this guy had better get his history straight. And yes, I know that Austria and Czechoslovakia were occupied by the Nazis in 1938, but WWII did not start until September 1, 1939.
