Something is rotten here. They first stated he was given a poor OER and was sent to FT Hood. Now we hear different. Next, the complaining about one shrink and/or mental health worker per 1100 or so. Hell, I never of a shrink below Division, and; the same thing was true of JAG officers. Seems like CYA to me.
I believe that the Stars and Stripes is controlled by Gannett newspaper now. They print USA Today also. So take any article by them with a grain of salt.
