I believe that the Stars and Stripes is controlled by Gannett newspaper now. They print USA Today also. So take any article by them with a grain of salt.
You are probably right. A friend told me that JAG officers are at Battalion level now. Perhaps trained mental types like MA types in psychology are at BDE level now?
Army Times is Gannett. Have anything to support your claim as to Stars and Stripes? Or just slinging some mud and hoping that it sticks?
