The "Commander" himself is the one needing the Court Martial.

Let’s hope there are some people with sense in this whole mess. I had thought that the “presiding officers” have the prerogative to stop this from going forward... and just dismiss this once and for all. Isn’t there anyone in the system with True Grit, anymore, or is everyone trying to cover their own A$s?... What ever happen to people like Patton? He would not have given this a seconds’ thought, except maybe to commend the seals with a Letter of Recommendation or a Medal!

And does anyone know which general officer (general coward these days) has convening authority over this matter?
