12 years is still too long for scum like him to get 3 hot and a cot.
His poor lawyer lost his meal ticket but I'm sure IT has others on tap.

Thank god. The lawyers should be executed too!

Raping and slitting the throat of an 11-year-old girl qualifies you for lethal injection in Texas, Miss U T Law School.

Once again we prove you don’t have to be a Mensa member to get a needle in Texas.

12 years is indeed too long. But I applaud the state of Texas for actually using the death penalty, unlike here in PA where killers stay in prison and die of old age.

Bobby Wayne Woods received lethal injection . . .

Few people are mentally impaired enough not to know that raping and killing a 12 yr old girl is wrong. Good for Texas.

If you can commit the crime, you can do the time.
Mental incompetence is too often used to let a vicious two-legged animal escape punishment.

I love the Texas-Fast-Track. He evidently wasn’t too mentally impaired to rape and murder; perhaps for algebra.

How mentally competent must one be to lay on a gurney as a lethal substance flows into his/her veins?

Mental incompetence is a defense, but why wait 12 years to assert it? If it was asserted at trial, it was a matter of fact for the jury to consider. He’s had due process, now he’s dead and the world is a slightly better place for it.

Isn’t it strange that liberals will have cows over punishing someone for a brutal crime...whether they are mentally impaired or not..yet they are perfectly willing to allow the murder of innocent unborn babies and the eugenics of the aging and mentally ill. No wonder these people project their own shadows so much on christians and conservatives. They can’t handle the true evil of their own beliefs.
