Check out any poll - the birth certificate issue is not near the top of the “to do” list. LOL
Most Americans do want to hear about those things. Perhaps most Americans want to hear about the birth certificate also, but Will what’s his name didn’t say that most Americans don’t. Will what’s his name implied it, that’s true, but lets be fair and give him the benefit of the doubt. It is the Christmas Season let’s not forget.
BHO reportedly sealed all of his records within minutes of his inauguration. I don’t think we can get to his college records any more easily than we can get to his BC. But, Ms Pelosi signed a certification for the DNC that contained an identifying typo and a certification of qualification; she also signed one for forty-nine of the fifty electoral commissions that contained the same typo, but no “cert of qual.” If charges against her can be passed around Holder’s “Justice” Department, Nancy will be found guilty, and she will sing like a squawking old crow — not well, but effectively. I’m not holding my breath, but it could happen.
Will, although I absolutely agree with Palin's approach on this, I hold with JoSix in that it certainly IS an issue that bugs a whole helluva lot of Americans; in my anecdotal experience, it especially bugs Americans who are not political junkies, but just regular folks. It's often the very first thing I hear from non-junkies when Obama comes up and they express their doubts about him.
Personally, I think the more telling and therefore crucial records are his college records, and for political reporters to have failed to DEMAND to see them indicates professional malpractice on the part of journalism, but again, I'm a political junkie; I think the birth certificate issue resonates on a solid gut level with -- yes -- MOST Americans. And that's a good thing.
