Even Sarah was asked about the BC issue as to weather she thought the questions were fair game. She replied that since media people had asked for proof that Trig was her baby by showing his birth certificate, that certainly Americans should be able to ask Obama to show his!

It is an internet rumor that Obama is paying “millions” to attorneys. Since inauguration day, the US Justice Department provides Obama with Justice Department attorneys and before he was inaugurated, he only presented a defense in two cases, the original Berg v Obama in which his attorneys submitted a brief asking for a dismissal by the US District Court in Pennsylvania. The dismissal motion was granted and the US Supreme Court subsequently refused to hear the case. The other case was Keyes v Bowen in California that Orly Taitz is still contesting.

A majority of the 88 lawsuits that have been filed challenging Obama’s eligibility don’t even name Obama as a defendant.
For example, the recent case in Indiana which attempted to force Obama (and McCain) to prove that he (they) is (are) a native born citizen(s) was Ankeney v Mitch Daniels, Governor of Indiana. That suit forced the Republican Governor of Indiana (Mitch Daniels) to defend Obama because the suit challenged the state of Indiana’s method of verifying eligibilty before the votes of Indiana’s Electoral College appointees. The Indiana Court of Appeals dismissed that suit.

First, Obama isn't paying "so many attorneys." His attorneys have appeared in only three of the 60+ cases, and DOJ has appeared in only seven. In those cases, while Orly and other plaintiffs have been prolific filers, the defense has filed very few documents - which make the same fundamental arguments that all defendants (including McCain) make when jurisdiction is at issue.

Second, as Orly and Kerchner and Hemenway have made crystal clear in their court documents, "just showing his actual long form birth certificate" would end absolutely nothing. These attorneys (and other plaintiffs) say that it doesn't matter where Obama was born because his father was a UK citizen and so, under their "theory," he's not a NBC even if he was born in the US. So, in truth, there's no point -- or advantage to Obama at all -- in producing his long form, because that will have exactly ZERO effect on plaintiffs' two-citizen parent argument.

I can only think of two reasons Obama will not show his vault b/c or release his educational/passport etc records.

1. They prove he is not eligible under the NBC provision and possibly shows he’s not even a legal citizen of the US.

2. Obama is a narcissist. He believes himself to be God’s gift to the world. Why should he prove anything to the peons beneath him? After all, he won! How dare those serfs question him....

I listened to Sarah’s interview giving a slight hat tip to the birther issue. I can see the media using her comments either in context or twisted to attack her as one of those “racist birthers”. For simply stating that the media would go after her I was called “stupid” and was accused of either attacking Palin or accused of believing Obama has proven his eligibility.

Pretty funny given that I support and consider Roaddog727 a very good friend....lol

While she brought up a good point about the media and those on the left demanding she prove Trig is her son. I wish she would have added to her statement either one or both of the following points.

First, McCain’s eligibility was questioned by a small group of leftists triggering congressional hearings affirming McCain’s eligibility. Millions of people are questioning Obama’s eligibility yet Congress blows off those concerns.

Second point she could have added is how after she was picked for the VP slot, the media sent hundreds of people all over digging up dirt on her and her family. When it came to Obama the media couldn’t be bothered, in fact many in the media flat out refused to even cover anything that would be harmful to the Obama mystique the media literally built.

Today, a year after he’s been in office we still know nothing about his background leaving many Americans to wonder who the hell is this guy and what is he hiding.

Climategate is being called the scandal of the century, I personally think it comes second to ObamaGate.
