First of all...what the hell is an “administration scientist”? Is that like the king’s wizards and alchemists?
I picture a guy walking around the white house in a white labcoat carrying a clipboard. Wears glasses, balding, and might be best described as “doughy”.
Perhaps a “pointy headed intellectual” in a lab coat?
